On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit an Email Marketing Officer to join a fast-growing, international team of bright individuals, and help them take products to the next level. This is a hybrid working model with a base in Limassol.

In addition to an existing arsenal of awesome award-winning products that already provide, such as trading platform, digital asset exchange, copy-trading, DeFi staking, and others – the company is currently building a plethora of new services, which will include payments and card infrastructure, licensed brokerage services and much more.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including planning, content creation, scheduling, and deployment.
• Work with the content team and designers to persuasive email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Create and optimize email templates for various campaigns and target segments, ensuring brand consistency and a positive user experience.
• Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and email preferences to deliver highly personalized and relevant content to different customer segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and product teams, to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategies and product launches.
• Conduct A/B tests and analyse campaign results to optimize email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall engagement metrics.
• Monitor and maintain email deliverability, ensuring compliance with anti-spam regulations and best practices.
• Implement email marketing automation funnels, including welcome series, drip campaigns, and re-engagement campaigns, to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in email marketing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on key email marketing metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing analytics team to segment and analyse customer data to enhance targeting and personalization efforts.
• Stay informed about customer preferences, market trends, and competitors’ email marketing strategies to identify new opportunities and industry benchmarks.
• Monitor and manage the email marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven work experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including list management, segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation software.
• Excellent editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email design and coding.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics and draw actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with customer segmentation techniques.
• Knowledge of anti-spam regulations, data privacy, and email compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative email marketing strategies.
