The Position: 

Collections Officer under Operations Function.



The main tasks to be assigned to the successful candidate include but are not limited to the below:

  • Execute tasks related to the debt recovery process of non-performing loans
  • Achieve expected results according to the monthly KPIs assigned



  • Bachelor’s (BA / BSc) and / or Master’s degree in Finance / Business Administration / Economics/ or other related area
  • At least two (2) years of debt collection role or other related experience in a relevant position
  • Results-driven, motivated individual competent to chase the assigned KPIs and execute tasks in a timely manner
  • Communication and organization skills a must
  • High levels of integrity and work ethics
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Excellent Knowledge of Greek and English language both verbal and in writing.


Altamira’s Offices in Larnaca-Famagusta.
