We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Back Office Administrator to join our growing team in Larnaca.

As a Back Office Administrator, you will be an essential part of our dynamic team, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our online operations. Your role will involve various tasks related to customer support, compliance, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor customer inquiries with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to handle Back Office-related tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process and monitor bonus operations while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Thoroughly review customer accounts to ensure compliance with the company’s Terms & Conditions.
  • Verify customer KYC documents to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Assist customers with general account inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Generate reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the management team for prompt resolution.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A university degree or relevant working experience.
  • Native or fluent English speaker; additional languages are advantageous.
  • EU passport holder or legally allowed to reside and work in Cyprus.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), MS Office, and online applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
