POSITION SUMMARY:

The Assistant Manager, Market Development & Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for participates and implements strategies and unique value gaming propositions to acquire new Local & International customers that wish to game in ICR and C2Casinos. She/He will liaise with key stakeholders in Cyprus tourism industry and abroad to identify opportunities and develop partnerships.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implements gaming value propositions that will drive new Local & International customers to ICR
  • Liaises with third parties in Cyprus and creates synergies that can drive gaming traffic to the Casino
  • Implements bundle packages that can enhance the overall ICR product value proposition with a gaming related offer
  • Liaises with Brand and Communication Marketing to implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that will drive gaming traffic to ICR from specific target Markets
  • Liaises with the Analytics team to identify marketing metrics and trends on the above initiatives
  • Identifies opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Monitors competition (pricing changes, new products, and features)
  • Liaises with the Marketing department to ensure proper positioning of new products to the International customer segment
  • Organizes, and maintains programs with handling agents, tour operators, cruise lines, etc for incoming tourism
  • Organizes, and maintains the company bus program
  • Participates in system configuration if needed
  • Ensures the provision of professional and timely service to our customers and partners, while maintains current knowledge of the City of Dreams Mediterranean (COD), C2Casinos, and facilities
  • Ensures all duties are performed in strict compliance with relevant policies and procedures set by the Cyprus Gaming Commission and Marketing Department (Casino Marketing, Multimedia, Loyalty Marketing) operating procedures
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information
  • Implements Management decisions helping to identify cost efficiencies on a day-to-day basis and ensures the operation run effectively and efficiently in accordance with established service standards
  • Ensures that constructive and productive working relationships, as well as the timely and accurate dissemination of information, is maintained with all other departments of COD Mediterranean and C2Casinos
  • Assists in budget preparation and the tracking of operational expenses
  • Performs ad hoc tasks as required by the Manager
  • Participates in weekly Casino Marketing meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Finance or any other related field

Experience

  • Business development, PR or Marketing of minimum 5 years in a Corporate Environment, or
  • Hotel, Travel Agent, Tourism industry of minimum 5 years

Skills / Competencies

  • Ability to speak and write both Greek and English
  • Possesses computer skills such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
