Job Overview

Our client, a professional financial services firm, is actively looking to hire an Administrator for the Corporate/Internal Administration Department at their offices in Nicosia.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Administrator provides administrative support to the Director/Manager(s) and employees of the Corporate Department and the Head of the Internal Administration Department and other relevant duties as follows:

  • Maintains detailed and accurate records and any other necessary information in the firm systems / registers
  • Provides administrative support to the Department (including stamping, printings, scanning, saving of documents, obtaining signatures etc.)
  • Answers phone calls and directs clients or associates to the appropriate officer of the firm in a professional and timely manner
  • Other administrative support/duties/projects as assigned by the Head of Internal Administration
  • Prepares Couriers / Cover letters of the Department
  • Orders Certificates and performs online searched to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies
  • Liaises with public authorities and the Registrar of Companies
  • Registration / De-registration to various governmental portals
  • Assists with the organisation of the internal corporate meetings
  • Any other duties & responsibilities and ad hoc requests that may be deemed necessary by the Corporate Department


Skills & Requirements:

  • University level education (optional)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role or as a Corporate Administrator
  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Professional attitude
  • Fluent in Greek and English


Location: The position is for the offices of the Company in Nicosia, Cyprus
