Job Overview

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Accountant to join our Limassol office, to head our local in-house accounting team. This is a great opportunity for experienced individuals who wish to work, add value and thrive in a high performance, professional and demanding environment.

The Opportunity:

  • Responsible to maintain up to date, accurate and reliable accounting records for financial and tax reporting purposes, on various computerized accounting software for the entities of the group
  • Responsible for the preparation of payments requests, following proper confirmation of balances due
  • Preparation of VAT Returns
  • Preparation of VIES Returns
  • Preparation of Payroll Workings
  • Issuance of Receipts / Invoices using our specialized project management and billing system
  • Produce cashflow analysis and related cashflow projections
  • Take on any other relevant duties and assignments as directed by the CFO and the Partner in charge of the Limassol office

The Requirements:

  • Holder of the LCCI Higher in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years Accounting experience in a similar working environment
  • Experience with financial reporting requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
  • IT literacy as well as sound knowledge of Excel/Word
  • Knowledge of SUN accounts and/or Esoft will be considered an advantage
