Job Overview
The Position:
On behalf of our Client, a world leader in Marine Services, we are actively looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, to join their team in Limassol.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to schedule, coordinate, and manage the Managing Director’s appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing enquiries.
- Prepare, review and draft reports for the Managing Director.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas and presentations.
- Assist in the management of special projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and the offshore offices of the Group.
- Handle the travel logistics of the business trips as well as the expense reports.
- Maintain confidential information and files.
- Organise events and corporate initiatives as required.
Skills/ Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in executive or administrative roles.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- High level of professionalism.
- Computer literacy, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (excel).
- Fluency in Greek and English.
Location:
The position is for the Client’s offices in Limassol.
