Job Overview
Electro Science Ltd is seeking to recruit, for its office on Makariou Avenue, Nicosia, a Data Entry Clerk /Personal Assistant (Dual Role) to provide support to the manager and handle all secretarial issues.
Responsibilities:
- Entering and reviewing data information into the appropriate databases
- Preparing and submitting draft reports
- Maintaining and further developing the company’s databases and records
- Reporting to management and performing secretarial and administrative duties
- Preparing financial records and payments (quotations, invoices, pay slips, social securities, vat, expenses)
- Preparing customer letters
- Printing, coping, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes
- Answering calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries. Filing, reporting to manager
- Managing mail and courier services
- Out of office duties (ie. bank, post office, competent authorities, etc)
- Office administration, purchasing office supplies, consumables, refreshments and maintaining proper stock levels
- Organizing general office maintenance, liaising with the office cleaners
- Airline and hotel reservation, business trip organization
- Support and assist the manager at all times
Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree
- High proficiency with MS Excel and Word
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and logical thinking
- Attention to detail
