We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated, and talented Business Assistant for our CEO.

Requirements:

  •  At least 2-3 years of work experience in a senior executive assistance role preferably supporting C-level executives
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in English and Russian
  • Strong communication skills, written/verbal
  • Willingness to frequent business trips
  • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, multitasking abilities
  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance
  • Tracking budget expenses/Supply management

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO with his day-to-day tasks
  • Update and follow up on projects, timelines, and monthly marketing metrics
  • Research prospects, and engage in processes with follow-ups via email
  • Represent the company & CEO at business events
  • Build long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients/partners
  • Look for networking/exhibition, PR opportunities
  • Handling all admin tasks, keeping paperwork organized, collaborating with accounts to request documents, etc.
  • Assist in organizing company events such as Team Building, Parties, Core Value Award ceremonies, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
