Job Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Attendant, Pool & Fitness performs cleaning duties in assigned areas, including Spa front of house and heart of house as well as Pool & Fitness front of house and heart of house. Also, replenishes all the amenities in the Spa, Pool & Fitness, Sports Center areas and provides services for Spa members, and guests within the property as assigned in accordance with Company service standards.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleans assigned areas in accordance with established checklists and standards in an efficient and thorough manner
- Maintains knowledge of the Leisure & Recreation facilities including the equipment maintenance and restocking of amenities
- Communicates with fellow team members and departments to proactively service guests. Eg linen room, Housekeeping
- Performs cleaning duties for opening and closing of the Leisure & Recreation area (including Spa common area, Treatment Rooms, Salon, Wet Spa, Pool and Gym area, Sports Centre)
- Assists turn-around service for Leisure & Recreation areas in accordance with established procedures and practices
- Ensures the standards are maintained and guest requirements are satisfied
- Monitors the status of all equipment and notifies the Department’s Supervisor if there is any required need for maintenance or repair
- Reports all maintenance faults to the general Maintenance and Engineering
- Ensures that confidentiality and/or discretion is always maintained regarding guest’s information and activities
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures
- Reports accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and / or security issues to the superiors
- Performs other reasonable job duties as assigned by superiors from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- Previous relevant experience is an advantage
Education
- High School diploma
Skills / Competencies
- Patience and ability to follow through
- Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight weekends and holiday on rotation basis
- Ability to lift minimum 13 kg
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Has strong sense of teamwork and is committed to the team
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

- Excellent command of English and Greek
