Main Responsibilities:
- Assist our people in regards to any HR Policies in place and communicate with them in order to solve any inquires
- Assist in Benefits and Employee Wellbeing plan of the year
- Updating HR Policies and make suggestions based on new EU Directives related to employment law
- Communication with providers based on HR projects assigned by HR Manager
- Assist in the onboarding process of employees
- Assist in the management of HR software and hardcopy employee records maintained by the HR Team
- Assist and contribute in the development of any ad hoc wellbeing project
- Assist in preparation for wellbeing awards and accreditations
- Participate in any HR projects assigned by the Group HR Director
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Human Resources
- 1 to 2 years experience in an HR – Wellbeing role
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with a confident and positive personality.
- Having attention to detail, problem solving skills and service orientation would be considered a plus point
- Have strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritise across different tasks and meet deadlines as per business objectives
- Fluency in English & Greek language is a requirement. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Computer literate including proficiency in the use of MS Office
