  • Gathering and processing company records data
  • Company records maintenance (All aspects)
  • Collecting KYC for the company’s counterparties and companies belonging to our group
  • Assisting the Front Office team
  • Liaising with auditors, accountants and legal team
  • Preparation of simple agreements based on existing drafts
  • Preparation of Power of Attorneys
  • Preparation of resolutions based on drafts
  • Liaising with the banks, preparation of payment instructions and follow up with the banks
  • Liaising with Registrar of Companies
  • Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills with further preparation of files for accountant
  • Assisting and supporting management.
  • Filling in transactions in data base or excel file
  • Correspondence with counter parties in EU and Russia

Languages required:

English – is a must fluent both spoken and written

Russian-  spoken and written (will be considered as advantage)

Greek – fluent both spoken and written (will be considered as advantage)

IT skills required:

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Knowledge of special software, advanced skills in MS Excel and preparation of Power Point are considered as advantages.

Personal qualities required: Pleasant personality, team worker, ability to work under pressure, accuracy, punctuality.
