Job Overview
We are recruiting an experienced and highly organised and rigorous administrative assistant to help us with our daily administrative tasks. You will be working in a highly demanding and fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
General administrative and secretarial EU-wide support.
Assisting HR.
Ensure records are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively.
Performs administrative and office support activities.
Serves as the go-to for office inquiries.
Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence.
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
Qualifications
3+ years of office administrative experience.
Preferred: law Degree.
Other Requirements:
Excellent oral, written communication & interpersonal skills.
Perfect English plus another European language, ideally French or German.
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
Proficiency in MS Office (Mails, Excel, PowerPoint).
Highly organized and flexible.
Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
Maintains confidentiality.
