For the pool area, Kanika Hotels & Resorts, the leading group of hotels in Cyprus and a pioneer in the hospitality industry, is looking for qualified lifeguards to help implement safety regulations that will keep all guests safe in and around the pools.
We are looking for individuals with a sense of responsibility and a firm but gentle character; someone who can assure our guests that they and their children are in good hands.
What we expect from you:
- To walk around the area of responsibility in order to monitor activities, provide instructions, and prevent accidents
- To visually scan the assigned area of responsibility every 10 seconds
- To rescue swimmers in danger of drowning
- To respond to any case of illness or immediately and appropriately until the arrival of emergency medical services
- To maintain a clean, safe and orderly pool
- To inspect facilities regularly and report any unsafe conditions/equipment
