The position
Transaction Management Officer
Job description
The successful candidate will report to the Transaction Management Manager.
Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor the Real Estate Sales compliance of the Company within the regulatory framework.
- Communicate with the client and gather all the necessary information to be assessed by the Compliance department.
- To be in direct coordination with the Compliance Department of the Company and assure the on-time consent for the completion of the transaction.
- Prepare and review relevant reports related to the Real Estate Sales Compliance.
- Assist the transaction management team in concluding the sale of the property.
- Coordinate between client and legal advisors in order to prepare sale and option agreements.
- Coordinate between client and other departments of the company to secure the transfer of property’s ownership.
- Monitor and report the progress of sales transactions and payments.
- Ensure that all major work activities are based on the Company’s policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments for various projects.
- Perform other job related responsibilities and functions as directed by the Transaction Management Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Economics, Finance or other related field.
- At least three (3) years of proven work experience in a similar position.
- Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Dynamic, hands-on and results driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High levels of integrity and work ethic
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written
