Telesales Representative (Fixed Term Contract 1 year)

We are currently seeking dynamic and driven individuals on a full time or part time basis to join our team based in Nicosia, as Telesales Representatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our sales efforts by proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers, effectively promoting our diverse range of services and products.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers by phone to attempt to sell or create interest in various services or products using scripts
• Ask questions to better understand customer needs and requirements and offer the best possible solution
• Answer any questions regarding services and products
• Take and process all applications in an accurate manner
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Handle grievances that may arise in a way that protects and preserves the company’s reputation
• Meet the KPI’s set with respect to the number of outbound calls and percentage of achievement
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Liaise with the Retail Sales Team and contribute to its wider goals
• Follow up with sales leads and call backs
• Represent the customers in an honest and professional manner
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales

 Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position and University/College degree will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Sales will be considered an advantage
• Fast learning
• Polite and friendly manner
• Listening skills
• Persuasive and persistent nature
• Knowledge of telephone and computer systems
