CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Software QA Engineer to join their expanding team based in either Limassol or Nicosia. The successful applicant will hold a relevant academic background in Computer Science or a related field and will possess a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance. Practical experience in automation testing with tools like Selenium or similar would be considered as an advantage. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Understanding business requirements, features, and technical implementation.
• Enhancing software delivery and quality throughout the entire software development cycle.
• Executing test cases and reporting testing status to project teams.
• Tracking issues and driving resolutions throughout the testing process.
• Work closely with development team to analyse and resolve conditions.
• Posting production deployment validations.
• Implementing automated test scenarios.

Key Skills/Experience:

• BSc Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies.
• Practical experience in automation testing with tools like Selenium or similar would be consider as an advantage.
• Practical software development experience on any programming language will be a strong plus.
• Experience in agile software development methodologies and testing procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
