The Company:
On behalf of our Client, a leading Software Company, we are seeking to recruit a Software Developer for its offices in Nicosia. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, debug and upgrade software based on specifications
• Consider code integrity and maintain versioning standards within each rollout
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Present ideas for system improvements

Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Previous working experience in a similar role will be considered as an advantage
• Experience with:
  1. Java programming language
  2. Communication standards/protocols (JSON, XML, SOAP)
  3. Front-end technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS)
• Knowledge of databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated interest in learning new technologies
• Technical analysis and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of frameworks (J2EE, Hibernate, JSF) will be considered as an advantage

Location:
The position is for the Client’s offices in Nicosia, Cyprus
