Poltronesofà Limassol: Sales Supervisor – Full Time 

The chosen candidate will be responsible for the daily running of the store – ensuring that monthly sales targets are met and motivating the team to exceed such targets, ensuring that the showroom is consistently kept to the standards required by the franchise and that all policies are always adhered to, assisting and guiding in the daily admin and aftersales functions, evaluating performance and training new staff.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Is fluent in Greek and English with the ability to adjust communication style as necessary
• Can multi-task and work well under pressure
• Is confident, proactive and driven, with a strong customer ethic;
• Is emotionally resilient and able to handle challenging situations;
• Preferably has a Diploma level of education as a minimum.
