Job Overview

As a growing International Property company, we are currently seeking to hire a Sales executive to assist us in building up our business activities by driving new business, managing and creating leads and deals.

If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable connecting with potential customers to demonstrate our products through email, phone or in person, we’d like to meet you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales plans with the aim of expanding the company’s network
  • Achieving growth and sales targets
  • Establishing productive, healthy and long lasting relationships with customers both B2C and B2B
  • Conduct market research
  • Ability to effectively communicate and confidently present to potential clients
  • Ability to complete a sale from beginning to end
  • Be an active good listener and able to influence and negotiate with leads
  • To manage and update the CRM daily
  • To be able to create, prepare and present presentations



  • University/College degree
  • Proven experience in the sales field. Experience in the real estate industry would be considered an advantage
  • Full Professional Proficiency in English, both written and oral (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
  • Advanced computer skills (social media, Microsoft office and related software, emails)
  • To Be Self-motivated and result driven
  • Enthusiastic, customer oriented and organised
