The candidates should have:

• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Previous experience in Hotel or Travel Reservations is a must.
• Great negotiation skills with immaculate attention to detail.
• High standard of literacy, numeracy and computer skills.
• Energy and enthusiasm with excellent communication skills.
• Proven record of strong administrative and efficient organisational skills.
