Main Responsibilities:

•     Be an official representing partner of the company
•     Implementing various policies and terms, to ensure that business activities are conducted in conformity with all applicable laws and regulations
•     Provide support of needs of the regulator such as researches, organizing exhibitions, seminars and promotion events
•     Write, oversee terms and conditions/offer preparations
•     Be prompt to make recommendations in accordance with the industry best practice
•     Cooperate and negotiate offers and efficiently follow up on the cases
•     Communication with partners of the company to ensure smooth cooperation and fulfilment of project/sponsorships etc

Qualifications:

•     Degree in Law is required
•     Fluent in Greek and English, Russian is an advantage
•     Any previous experience working within a regulated sector will be considered an advantage
•     Experience in writing business, legal and regulation of offers/ documentation
•     Strong communication and negotiation skills
•     Responsible and passionate
•     Cyprus Bar qualification
•     Professional treatment of confidential information
