Main Responsibilities:

Register companies, employees and self-employed individuals to the social insurance authorities.
Prepare monthly payroll, payment lists and payslips.
Ensure TD59, TD63, TD7 and TD1 are prepared.
Implement controls over all payroll documentation and processes.
Manage and maintain all benefits in kind and deductions for employees.
Investigate and resolve any payroll issues.
Collaborate with the Tax Department about any complex issues.
Execute payments to the authorities.

Qualifications:
Fluent in Greek and English language
Bachelor Degree or relevant Accounting and Finance Experience based CY legislation requirements
Very good knowledge in excel advance function
Minimum two years of experience in Payroll Processing
Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills
Team-player, able to work under pressure, creativity, innovation and problem-solving skills is a must.
Knowledge and proven experience 3D Pocket payroll software would be an advantage.
