Sureswipe E.M.I PLC, operating under tradename “Revsto” is a fast-expanding electronic money institution   licensed by the Central Bank of Cyprus, which provides electronic wallets to retail and corporate clients.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Payments Officer to join our growing dynamic team in Nicosia.

Job Qualifications / Skills

• 1-2 years’ experience in an Accounting, Finance or Payments position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Excellent organizational, administration and time management skills.
• Excellent administration and reporting.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and to work under strict deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office and Excel.
• Effective communication skills (both oral and written).
• Fluency in English and Greek language.

Main Duties

• The Payments Officer will report directly and assist the Head of Accounting and Finance.
• Handling and monitoring client’s deposits and withdrawals, making sure they are carried out as per relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information within the platform back-office systems.
• Perform daily reconciliations between payment back office platforms, banks & PSPs.
• Monitor and reconcile all supplier fees and execution of payment to suppliers.
• Assist in the preparation of various daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Liaise with the Head of Operations for any issues.
• Collaborate with Compliance Team regarding client verification issues.
• Assist in the issuance of invoices to customers and external partners.
• Assist with all financial customer support.
• Other ad-hoc duties as per management’s request.
