Job Overview

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Service Provider with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Payment & Invoicing Executive to join their expanding team of professionals. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for ensuring professional, timely, accurate and compliant invoice and payroll processing, whilst taking proactive measure to enable the highest level of client service. You will ideally hold approximately 3+ years of experience within a similar role and have an excellent eye for detail as well as superior client service skills. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, both written and spoken.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for all invoicing, payment and payroll related enquiries either by telephone or e-mail.
  • Assist with customer care related enquiries and tasks when required.
  • Raising invoices.
  • Making payments.
  • Collecting and checking timesheets.
  • Verifying that the required compliance documentation and invoices are available prior to the processing of any payments.
  • Escalate pending compliance and invoice documentation immediately.
  • Liaise with local accountants for the administration and provision of payroll services.
  • Liaise with local accountants for the registration and de-registration of client’s tax, social security and VAT as and when required.
  • Accurate data input to document management software.
  • Responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction levels and service delivery turnaround within set time frames for invoicing, payments and payroll.  

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • Approximately 3+ years of experience within a similar role is ideal.
  • Previous experience with bookkeeping and/or accounting is highly desirable.
  • Any previous payroll-related experience will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
  • Outstanding attention to detail is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Written & Spoken).
  • Superior client services skills.
