What will your job look like?

• Act as an intermediary between the Operations Transformation team, Network department, and Commercial teams, for investigating, resolving, and communicating technical and any other Commercial operations matters
• Prepare, review, and recommend system and processes improvements

• Ongoing monitoring of systemic releases and involvement in any new developments, tests, and verifications needed
• Submit tickets related to systemic issues and liaise with the appropriate departments for resolution, as well as maintain appropriate reports

• Act as an intermediary between Marketing and Sales departments for new offers, new products, promotions, events
• Prepare, review, and release information to Commercial teams for systemic improvements, processes, and offers

All you need is…

• Education to a degree level. An undergraduate degree in Computer Science or any other related field is preferable
• Excellent command of spoken & written Greek and English languages
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office -Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Experience in a Customer Service environment will be considered as an advantage
• Writing in a clear and concise manner, using appropriate grammar, style, and language
• Understanding of technical matters
• Attention to detail, and capability of bringing new ideas
• Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-moving environment
• Very good collaboration skills
