We are looking for a talented Network Engineer to join our team of IT professionals on behalf of one of our major clients in IT sector located in Nicosia Cyprus.

Our client is a leading multinational company with global presence and large multidimensional portfolio of projects including some of the most established and prestigious companies within the global landscape

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understands and applies basic knowledge of information technology and associated tools of their technical specialty to support attainment of team and department objectives.
  • Ability to absorb professional knowledge quickly and develop skills.
  • Uses concepts involving technologies and methodologies to collaborate with other technical specialists when carrying out assigned duties.
  • Effectively negotiates with technical peers, and customers, to implement technical solutions.
  • Analyses technical problems and creates solutions involving the use of existing techniques or tools. Performs assigned tasks within schedule in accordance with established standards and guidance.
  • Must be customer-orientated while maintaining focus on the overall delivery of service.
  • Monitors and actions all problem records assigned within contractual service level agreements & terms and conditions
  • Liaise with dependent areas for changes impacting the Middleware environment.
  • Review and maintain Networking product Standards to ensure currency.


  • BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
  • At least 2+ year of experience
  • Knowledge with CISCO (Routing, switching, wifi, collaboration , monitoring  ) and /or Genesys Call Center  products will be consider as an advantage
  • Problem-solving capabilities and customer focused approach
  • Ability to take initiative and follow up communication with customers.
  • Diagnosing problems and determining the severity
  • Referring problems to support groups
  • Fluency in English and Greek
  • Excellent communication skills
