The selected person, after the training here at E-Soft, will be able to offer:

• Installation, configuration, upgrade and troubleshooting of the ERP E-Soft system based on clients’ needs and configurations.
• Provide technical support to the users of the solutions and/or their ITs and make to ensure all their support issues are resolved.
• Support users by telephone and emails as well as remote support (AnyDesk, Teamviewer, etc.) in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide guidance to users and ITs on how to operate the technical parts of our software solutions.

Qualifications required: 

• University Degree in IT related field.
• Character & professional Integrity.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek & English languages.
• Excellent communicator with people (colleagues & clients).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Problem solver and customer focused approach.
