Τhe 4-star hotel Asterias in Ayia Napa wishes to recruit for the 2022 season

Guest Relations Officer

The season is for a contract of 8 months depending on the availability of the candidate and ends in November 2022.

Responsibilities: 

• Escort educational groups on a tour of the hotel and provide relevant information folders
• To be available and extend a warm, natural welcome and farewell to all hotel guests
• Assist the team when there is an important event taking place in the hotel (such as conference or wedding)
• Assist all guests with their inquiries and concerns and solve any minor problems that may arise
• Handle any guest complaints and queries whenever necessary
• Process guest questionnaires and produce the monthly guest satisfaction report
• Respond to guests via Facebook, Twitter, TripAdvisor, and other social media outlets
• Promote and actively participate in all Public Relations activities

Qualifications & Experience:

• Holder of a Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or other related Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of experience in another 4 or 5 star hotel
• Warm personality with a guest-oriented approach
• A good team player who can support all departments
• Fluent in English and German languages. Any other languages will be considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of Social Media systems
• Advanced computer skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• EU Citizen or EU Work permit holder
