On behalf of our client doValue, a well-established company in the Financial Services, we are looking for individuals to be part of their Graduate Program.

The successful candidates will participate in a 16 week paid training program which can lead to a full-time employment, starting at the beginning of 2024.

The Program:

• The successful candidates will participate in an intensive paid training program.
• The training program will be for 16 weeks which can lead to a full-time employment.
• Recruits will be employed on an internship basis with an attractive remuneration .
• Training will be divided into 3 work streams (WS). .
• For the duration of the first two work streams, a 4-day working week will be implemented.
• Workstream 3 entails, among other trainings, workplace integration, and employees will follow the normal working hours of the Company (5-day week).

Required:

• No previous work experience.
• Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree in the field of Economics / Finance / Business Administration or in a related field.
• Ability to communicate with confidence.
• Methodical and results oriented.
• High levels of integrity and work ethic.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written.

Location: The position is for the Client’s offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Remuneration: Recruits will be employed on an internship basis with an attractive salary. Upon successful completion of the training program an attractive remuneration package will be offered based on the Company’s remuneration policy.
