Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Executive Assistant, Casino Marketing, Business Development & Loyalty Marketing provides administrative and clerical support to the Vice President of the department and the departments in general.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs administrative functions to the VP of the department, make discretionary decisions and interface with all appropriate internal departments
  • Maintains a comprehensive calendar file for the VP of the department to ensure required reports are properly prepared and submitted on a timely basis
  • Keeps track of appointment schedules and arrangement of business meeting
  • Attends meetings as directed and take notes
  • Produces and distributes meeting minutes
  • Collates, screen and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assists in preparation of supportive documents
  • Answers correspondence and compose memoranda and letters
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive materials
  • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies
  • Coordinates with the other departments’ Executive Assistants and works as a team
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • Service standards are consistent with department’s expectations
  • Records are kept in a systematic way for easy reference and retrieving
  • Constructive relationships are built with team members and customers
  • Ensures the department is operating in the most efficient manner
  • Relevant policies and procedures are adhered to

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • Minimum five years working experience
  • Minimum three years computer experience, with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio
  • Minimum three years executive secretarial experience preferred

Education

  • High School / University graduate preferred
