Electro Science Ltd is seeking to recruit, for its office on Makariou Avenue, Nicosia, a Data Entry Clerk /Personal Assistant (Dual Role) to provide support to the manager and handle all secretarial issues.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Entering and reviewing data information into the appropriate databases
  • Preparing and submitting draft reports
  • Maintaining and further developing the company’s databases and records
  • Reporting to management and performing secretarial and administrative duties
  • Preparing financial records and payments (quotations, invoices, pay slips, social securities, vat, expenses)
  • Preparing customer letters
  • Printing, coping, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes
  • Answering calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders
  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries. Filing, reporting to manager
  • Managing mail and courier services
  • Out of office duties (ie. bank, post office, competent authorities, etc)
  • Office administration, purchasing office supplies, consumables, refreshments and maintaining proper stock levels
  • Organizing general office maintenance, liaising with the office cleaners
  • Airline and hotel reservation, business trip organization
  • Support and assist the manager at all times

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • University degree
  • High proficiency with MS Excel and Word
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Attention to detail
