Job Overview
We are seeking for a Customer Support Representative who will join our exceptional team which consists of experts in every functional area of business
This opening is for evening shift 5pm – 1am with two consecutive weekdays off (not weekend days)
What you’ll be doing:
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction via email and phone calls
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Communicate with other departments concerning client issues/complaints
What you’ll need to be successful:
Must haves:
- Fluent or native German Speaker
- Strong command of the English language
- Proficiency in web-surfing and multitasking
Nice-to-haves:
- Office experience
- Hard working with the ability to work autonomously
- Able to focus on a specific task for an extended period
- Any other language will be considered a plus
