CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established Group of Companies offering clients a range of services including Multilingual Call Centre Support, Web Design & Development as well as Data Analyst & Reporting, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Support Officer (Hungarian-Speaking) to join their expanding team based in Larnaca. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for providing outstanding client support via Email, Live Chat and Social Media. You will possess excellent client service skills and speak a native level of Hungarian as well as fluent English (Written & Spoken).

Role Overview:

Your key responsibilities will consist of (but not be limited to) providing the highest level of support via Email, Live Chat and Social Media as well as acting as the first point of contact for clients as well as assisting with KYC inquiries.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Native Hungarian both spoken and written.
  • Fluent in the English language both spoken and written.
  • Passionate in providing the best Customer Service experience.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Open to work with a flexible schedule.
  • Previous experience in Customer Support is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge in the use of computers and software as well as typing skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
