The department of Customer Experience has a clear mission: we want to make our clients happy! They’re the voice of the brand and the relationship between the client and the company starts with them. Our colleagues work with clients around the world.
You’ll provide support to our customers, mainly on our online platform and by phone. Our focus is to solve their questions or concerns, maintain and update customer information, as well as following up as necessary.
You have experience in customer support dealing with customers in a wide variety of situations. We expect you to excel in Italian, having a natural orientation to tasks, and also being a friendly person.
- Strong people skills and high client orientation;
- Ability to prioritize tasks;
- Organisational and problem-solving skills;
- Written and spoken fluency in Italian (mandatory);
- Fluency in English couldn’t hurt either!
