The Role

You’ll provide support to our customers, mainly on our online platform and by phone. Our focus is to solve their questions or concerns, maintain and update customer information, as well as following up as necessary.


You have experience in customer support dealing with customers in a wide variety of situations. We expect you to excel in German, having a natural orientation to tasks, and also being a friendly person.

Your Superpowers:

  • Strong people skills and high client orientation;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Organisational and problem-solving skills;
  • Written and spoken fluency in German (mandatory);
  • Fluency in English couldn’t hurt either!
