Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to support our Travel Consultants with client bookings and assisting with general administrative tasks in the office.  The role will also require the candidate to support online bookings made through our website.

Applicants must have the following:

  • Be able to work in Cyprus with the relevant paperwork/visas and speak fluent English and Greek.
  • Be able to demonstrate professionalism with clients in person and on the phone.  The role requires patience and compassion when dealing with many situations where clients need assistance.
  • Be able to be flexible on hours.  We will consider both part and full time hours for the right candidate.
  • Have an exception eye for detail.  Being organised is essential.
  • Be confident on Microsoft Office (including Excel & Word)
