Our Contact Centre is looking to expand our already successful Orderline, Outbound and Customer Service teams, in Larnaca and we are seeking to recruit Contact Centre Agents (English Speaking)

What you will be doing in the Outbound Customer Contact Department:

  • Call existing customers, for feedback and offer additional products & services
  • Will need to speak and write English perfectly
  • Use only basic computer skills

What we are looking for:

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Experience not essential, but good communication skills required
  • A great personality and the willingness to make good conversation
  • A positive, with a never give up attitude individual
