Job Description

Call Center Representatives work in a call center setting surrounded by other call center employees answering customers’ questions and referring them to the necessary resources to solve their problems. You will follow a script with prepared responses based on customer’s questions and replies. You will be responsible for keeping records of information received in conversations and log it into the call center database.

Expectations

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Desired Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer support role/call center position
  • Computer literacy
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (Zoho CRM experience a plus)
  • Strong phone, verbal communication, and active listening skills
  • Excellent command in Greek and English (additional languages German/Spanish will considered a plus
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Customer focused with the ability to adapt to various types of personalities
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • High school degree required. University degree a plus
