Job Overview

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by promoting the benefits of the product
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Assist customers via telephone and other support channels
  • Provide information to customers by explaining procedures and answer questions

 

Requirements – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong sales skills
  • Native Greek speaker
  • Very good knowledge of English language
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales related field
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Punctual, hardworking, and reliable
  • Service oriented professional, with attention to detail
