Job Overview
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by promoting the benefits of the product
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Assist customers via telephone and other support channels
- Provide information to customers by explaining procedures and answer questions
Requirements – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sales skills
- Native Greek speaker
- Very good knowledge of English language
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales related field
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in a team
- Punctual, hardworking, and reliable
- Service oriented professional, with attention to detail
