GTH Business Solutions Ltd, a professional services company offering part-time office solutions to esteemed clientele, is looking to employ a Business Center Coordinator/ Secretary, to be based in Nicosia.

Job Description:

The Business Center Coordinator will be based at the Reception and will be responsible for welcoming visitors by greeting them. She will be performing a variety of routine and non-routine administrative and secretarial tasks in relation to the successful completion of the daily support of the company. More specifically, the holder of the position will be organizing, controlling and implementing the daily business center activities and correspondence including telephone management, emailing, typing, filling and scheduling of meetings, maintaining the office condition at all times. Lastly, the holder of the position will be supporting the corporate administration department by performing various administrative tasks under the guidance of the Senior Officer.

Qualifications:

  • College Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Administration
  • Previous related experience of 1-2 years
  • Fluency in both the Greek and English Languages both verbally and in writing
  • Computer literacy (i.e. MS Office)

Personal Characteristics:

  • Positive attitude and willingness
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manners
  • Organizational and administration skills
  • Adaptability, efficiency, ability and initiative
  • Teamwork ability
  • Professionalism

Working Hours:

(Mon-Thurs): 08:00-17:00 (30’ lunch break)

(Fri): 08:00-14:00
