CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly respected company operating in the Online Gaming & Gambling Industries, we are seeking to recruit a Brand Ambassador Agent to join their team of professionals in Limassol. The successful applicant must possess outstanding communication skills in English and/or French, ideally to a Native level, and be able to work on a Rotational Shift-Pattern. No previous experience is necessary and full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Caring for new customers and make sure they are having a great experience.
  • Creating individualized campaigns and communicate them to the customers by phone, emails and SMS.
  • Providing help to customers experiencing problems in the payment process.
  • Going the extra mile to engage customers.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • Native fluency in the English and/or French language.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage your workload.
  • Ability to work shifts.
  • Ability to work independently as well as being a team player.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Result oriented.
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, Email etc).
