The successful applicant must possess outstanding communication skills in English and/or French, ideally to a Native level, and be able to work on a Rotational Shift-Pattern. No previous experience is necessary and full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

- Creating individualized campaigns and communicate them to the customers by phone, emails and SMS.
- Providing help to customers experiencing problems in the payment process.
- Going the extra mile to engage customers.
- Native fluency in the English and/or French language.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and self-manage your workload.
