Job Overview
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established provider of Company Administration Services to clients across the world, we are seeking to recruit a Bookkeeper/Administrator to join their expanding team based in Nicosia on a Part-Time basis. The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for carrying out bookkeeping responsibilities for a small portfolio of companies within the Group and will also provide ongoing administrative support to the business, including liaising with Banks, executing payments and other more general administrative tasks. You will hold a solid background in Accounting & Bookkeeping and possess excellent administration skills. This position requires fluency in both English & Greek (Written & Spoken) and will require the successful applicant to commit to approximately 20 hours per week, with a flexible working schedule between Monday and Friday.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible of all aspects of the daily running of the office including: Payments, Bookkeeping, Documentation, Monthly Status & Audit File Preparation.
- Executing monthly bank reconciliations for companies in the Group.
- Prepare key documents and monthly reports.
- Responsible for assisting clients in due diligence preparation and final delivery.
- Responsible for ensuring that board meetings have the decided standards and quality. Make and/or collect all materials and file documents after meetings to ensure everything is correct.
- Responsible for the administration of the digital archive.
- Responsible for ensuring that the client’s contracts are up-to-date.
- Responsible for the managing the company calendar in terms key events and routine commitments.
- Responsible for maintaining the digital templates system.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Any relevant accounting/bookkeeping certification such as the LCCI will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
- Experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting is a must.
- Experience with general Office Administration is a must.
- Experience in Due Diligence and Compliance documentation is highly desirable.
- International experience is highly desirable.
- Fluency in both Greek & English (Written & Spoken) is a must.
- Experienced and good at communicating with people internationally.
- Interested in growing with new and higher demands
- Willing to undertake tasks outside of bookkeeping and administration as and when required.
- Team-work spirited, humble, hands-on and willing to learn new skills.
