Job Overview

Olympios Flat Management Ltd, a company active in the hospitality industry and apartments’ management, is seeking to employ an individual suitable for the position of a Bookkeeping & Secretarial Support Officer who would have the following duties and responsibilities:

 

What you will need to do:

  • Book-keeping for the group companies (Axle)
  • Book-keeping for the Common Expenses at the complex (Universe)
  • Quarterly VAT preparation
  • Filing
  • Provision of assistance to the directors
  • Interaction and communication with suppliers / housekeepers / guests
  • Reception and provision of assistance to guests during the check-in process
  • Inspection of the apartments (prior to check-in and following check-out)

 

What you will need to have:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance OR work experience in accounting / book-keeping for at least 2 years (Lyceum Diploma is a must)
  • Very good knowledge of Accounting Software programs (Axle and Universe – will be considered as an advantage)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluency in GREEK, ENGLISH & RUSSIAN (is a MUST!)
  • Organization / communication skills (written and oral) and team spirit
  • Experience in and knowledge of online travel reservation platforms for hosts will be considered as an advantage
