This is a full-time position, under a Fixed Term Contract for 7 (seven) months.

 

What will your job look like?

 

  • Scheduling installation appointments and preparing of documents required
  • Monitoring service delivery
  • Communicating with the main provider for issues related to the provision of lines or faults in the main network
  • Communicating with the customer for issues related to faults to the main network and follow up resolution
  • Updating relevant database
  • Submitting/maintaining requests for Fiber migrations or new installations
  • Monitoring maintenance work on the network
  • Supporting other departments for various issued related to subscribers

 

All you need is…

 

  • Education to a degree level. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or any other related field is preferable
  • Experience in a service environment will be considered as an advantage
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Capable of working in a team
  • Ability to cover shifts if needed
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office -Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of the spoken/written English language
