Job Overview

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Service Provider with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an Administration Executive to join their expanding team of professionals. The successful applicant will provide support to the sales team and respond to all administrative requirements within the department. The successful applicant will hold excellent Administration and communication skills. Fluency in English, both written and spoken are a must as well as outstanding attention to detail.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Process new sales in the system and coordinate details as required.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Liaise with the admin departments to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Manage and coordinate emails.
  • Working with Sales Managers, Contracts team, Agencies, Clients and Contractors to ensure all new agency contracts and/or extensions are attended to promptly.
  • Issue Sales report/s when needed.
  • Take full responsibility for post sale administration.
  • Answer telephone calls and take messages for sales staff.
  • Query handling in the absence of colleagues.

 Key Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a in a Customer Service / Sales / or Administration position.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Demonstrate good attention to detail and ability to work to a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong customer relationship skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent Computer skills and familiar with CRM systems and practices.
  • Demonstrate an extremely positive and proactive approach to work and the ability to work under pressure, multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines.
