Mitsides Public Company Ltd is the oldest and most experienced flour and pasta manufacturer in Cyprus and the market leader in its line of business. Due to the expansion of our operations we are seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts Officer for our central offices at Dhali Industrial Zone. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work within a team.

Duties/Responsibilities

Book-keeping and Accounting for the Group of Companies.

Monthly Reconciliations of Banks, Creditors, Debtors and Cash in Hand.

Preparing and Submitting Quarterly VAT Returns and Monthly Intrastat.

Preparation of Payments to Local and Foreign Creditors.

Preparation of Payroll and all related payments e.g. Salaries, Social Insurance and PAYE.

Assist with Reports & Information for both Internal & External Auditors.

Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements/Qualifications

University or College degree in the relevant field.

At least 4 years of relevant work experience, is a must. Work experience with an Audit Firm will be considered as an additional advantage.

Strong command of both the Greek and English languages.

Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Internet & ERP software).  Good knowledge of the ERP Navision Software Business 365, will be considered as an additional advantage.
