Job Overview
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
– Issuance of sales invoices/credit notes
– Creation of quotations for clients
– Maintaining and updating of accounting records
– Assisting in the costing and pricing of services
– Prepare ad-hoc reports
– Preparation & Submission of VAT/VIES returns
– Preparation of reconciliations of bank balances, receivables & payables
Qualifications / Experience / Skills:
– Have a university degree in accounting or any other relevant qualifications
– At least 2 years of demonstrated work experience in an Accounting / Bookkeeping role
– Excellent knowledge of Greek / English
– Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Word
– Highly ethical, trustworthy, reliable, and discreet individual
– Organizational and communication skills
– Must have excellent follow up and tracking skills
– Willingness to learn & develop
– Team-working skills
