CareerFinders, a rapidly expanding provider of Online Payment Solutions to clients across the world, we are seeking to recruit an Online Marketing Coordinator to join their team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager to support the needs of the business from an Online Marketing perspective. You will play a key role in managing our clients Social Media platforms including Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and various industry forums. You will therefore hold previous experience within a similar role and be highly creative, within a vivid imagination for helping to deliver engaging content. Outstanding communication skills in English (Written & Spoken) are a must.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Marcom Manager to support business’s needs and maintain the brand’s positive image.
  • Take part in Social Network profiles management including Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and industry forums.
  • Provide ongoing marketing support to all departments.
  • Website daily maintenance through different content management systems.
  • Content management, including: Press releases, monthly newsletters, promotional and informative mailers, reviews, blogs, marketing slogans, creating and maintaining website content.
  • Working daily with outsource suppliers, such as: graphic designers, content writers, website developers, etc…
  • Hands-on coordinating logistic activities, events and conferences (candidate should be willing and able to travel internationally).
  • Follow up and assist with team projects.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • A relevant academic background relating to Marketing/PR/Digital Marketing will be considered an advantage.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of the Internet and online marketing.
  • Previous experience in online marketing.
  • Fluent English is a MUST (Any other language is considered an advantage).
  • Strong communications skills – verbal and written.
  • Fast learner, willing to work overtime in a young, energetic atmosphere.
  • Ability to manage an organized multi-tasking operation.
  • Experience in administration / marketing / content management is an advantage.
  • Experience with complete MS Office package.
  • Detail oriented, pedantic, organized.
  • Highly developed creative abilities, with a vivid imagination.
  • Service and marketing oriented.
  • Assertive and able to work under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of common interactive tools such as HTML, Photoshop is an advantage.
